The USS Gettysburg embarks on a Highly Classified Mission that was issued by the our national armed forces. There mission was to set out and recover materials that were considered extremely dangerous and could cause catastrophic fallout across the entire country.
While during a month long exhibition the USS Hampton successfully returns. When the USS Nautilus is deployed it faces what could be its final demise at sea, when a massive disturbance in the earth causes the Submarine to be tossed frantically under extreme conditions as her hull is being pried by the force of the sea.
The Submarine is thrashed about by the raging waters when suddenly there is an unknown presence about them that threatens to destroy their vessel. The crew snaps into position and loads torpedoes 1 and 2 snapshot in an effort to counter strike the in coming missiles they believe are minutes before impact.
The alarms sound through each level and cabin of the ship. The crew runs frantically trying to save their lives. Unfortunately the silence of there assailant happens to attack with no possible way of the Nautilus intercepting them.
The Submarine is hit near the engine room disabling the neuclar reactor in its wake of destruction. The charging of water succumbs the vessels within minutes. Given the massive impact she sustained the Captain and Executive Officer asses the immediate devastation the Ship sustained, while the senior officers and crew man in the control room, the heart and soul of the Ship, monitor radar from the intelligence part of the ship trying to identify this ominous presence that lurks beneath them.
A distress call is sent out to alert the Navy they are under attack and unaware of there inanimate threat. A team is sent to search for any survivors and to see the destruction on hand. An order is given to the damage control to wait for the Executive Officers arrival, but the message is obscured by internal problems due to an array of system and frequency failures.
They decide to proceed to the location where they believe is under distress. Entering a long corridor they come to an immediate halt when dealt with another dilemma. The door leading to engine room is jammed shut. Using the tools they have on hand and man power, their brunt force together pries the door free.
As the Executive Officer is running from corridor to corridor he is repeatedly yelling out orders not to enter.
The men hearing frequency interceptions of static ignore it and work effortlessly using all their strength to unhinge the door. Suddenly breaking this seal like snapping a bolt and freeing the wheel forward. Relieved they spin the wheel HARD anxiously waiting.... Instantly the door bursts open smashing one of the men so hard that the bones of his skull are crushed on impact, sending him and the rest of the men sweeping them away by the forces of the violent sea.
The Executive Officer is suddenly stopped when he feels the tremors of the hull being stretched and torn apart from the raging waters that are taking over the ship.
The Executive Officers stands there his eyes fill with fear as The DOOR..... BLASTING OPEN by the furious undertaking of water lifts him off his feet pulverizing his body into the wall, knocking him unconscious as he is consumed by the raging waters.
In the Control Room the Captain hold the overhead Mic in his hand sends repeated commands to the Executive Officer. Awaiting his response fear begins to register on his face. A sudden second attack to the vessel hit so hard the Submarine is tossed on its side over and back, killing many of the crew by the sheer force of their bodies flying into the infrastructures of the vessel and giant size iron pipes, large and flying debris. Dead bodies soar threw the air pinning them down so hard they can't free themselves. The Captain struggling to get to his feet gives the a once over surveying the destruction, as his men lay hopelessly screaming for his help.
The inevitable happens.... and threw the open hatch in the floor, cold water rises from the floor and comes threw the walls..... pipes bursting with enormous fury, sparks flying across the air striking a raging fire that covers the ceiling. The sparks making contact with the thousands of gallons of water that fill the Control Room electrocuting everything, sending a surge into the electrical panels causing an catastrophic explosion. The Ocean barreling its way through every section, leaving a wake in its path as the USS Nautilus comes to its demise.
The Coast Guard embarks on a mission to find any signs of a Nuclear Submarine; the USS Nautilus that went missing, when it was suddenly attack in the deep waters of the Southern Pacific, that ended the lives of everyone on board. Their mission turns to a horrifying onslaught when a Prehistoric Shark wages its own war against humanity, bringing the military to its knees and crippling our armed forces.
Only one man and his crew are left alone at sea to strategically devise their only way of survival. There ship completely destroyed, stranded with no possible way to communicate or even move. What seems to be an answer to a prayer will save the few of them that are left and the lives of thousands of people.
